Canada payment ownership
Reconcile a Savaspin Interac e-Transfer
Canadian payment intent is broader than a generic deposit page. This workflow connects the cashier order, sending account, Interac reference and Savaspin wallet movement without creating a duplicate transfer.
Open Savaspin payment optionsCreate and preserve the cashier order
Begin inside the signed-in cashier and record the CAD amount, order ID, recipient instructions and expiry. Compare the recipient shown by the bank at confirmation with the live order rather than relying on a saved payee or copied message.
Use an account held by the verified player unless the current terms explicitly permit another arrangement. A joint account or legal-name difference should be clarified before sending funds.
- Cashier order ID
- Interac reference
- Sender-holder name
- CAD amount and timestamp
- Wallet credit or return ID
Trace a completed transfer without resending
If the bank shows completed but the casino balance is unchanged, preserve the bank confirmation and Savaspin order. Submit only the masked fields needed to connect the two records through authenticated support.
Do not send the same amount again as a test. A second transfer creates another order and can turn one delayed credit into two separate reconciliation cases.
Handle rejection or refund under the original reference
A rejected transfer should retain its original amount, order and reason. Record whether the funds stayed with the bank, returned automatically or were credited then reversed in the Savaspin wallet.
For a refund, verify the destination holder and reference before closing the case. Treat any request for a replacement beneficiary outside the signed-in cashier as unverified until confirmed through the normal account route.
Questions players ask
Should a completed Interac transfer be sent again if credit is delayed?
No. Trace the original cashier order and bank reference first.
Can another person's bank account fund the profile?
Do not assume so. Third-party ownership can create verification and refund problems.
What should be masked on a bank receipt?
Hide unrelated sensitive data while leaving holder, amount, time and transaction reference readable where requested.
