Match asset, network and address before sending

Create the order in the current cashier and write down the asset, network, minimum, destination address, memo or tag and expiry. Compare the complete address on both screens; visual similarity in the first and last characters is not enough.

Confirm that the sending wallet supports the exact network. Do not choose a cheaper chain unless the Savaspin order names it, and never send a small test to an expired address without generating a current order.

Trace the deposit by its transaction hash

After broadcast, use the appropriate explorer to confirm status, block time, destination and transferred amount. A wallet's sent label alone does not show that the transaction reached the correct chain or enough confirmations.

If the chain is confirmed but the account is not credited, provide the order ID and transaction hash. Do not share a private key, seed phrase or wallet password; support needs the public transaction evidence only.

Verify withdrawals at both ends

For cashout, save the destination before confirmation and the account withdrawal ID. Once Savaspin marks it sent, obtain the hash and compare asset, network and amount after any disclosed fee.

If the receiving wallet does not display the asset, verify network support and token visibility before assuming the transfer failed. Never import a seed phrase into software suggested by an unsolicited support message.
